Reminder from Clackamas County Parks: Level 3 Fire Warning remains in effect The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) has issued a Level 3 Fire Warning for the North Cascade District that remains in effect for all Clackamas County Parks and forestlands.    The North Cascade District moved to Industrial Fire Precaution Level (IFPL) 3 on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 for all lands protected by the North Cascade District and in regulated use areas. This precaution level remains in effect for all Clackamas County Parks and county-owned forestlands.  The North Cascade District covers the majority of Clackamas County east of I-5 and I-205, including three County camping parks – Barton Park, Metzler Park and Feyrer Park – as well as all county-owned forestlands. Police said the majority of the thefts occurred around the Gaffney Lane, Meyers Road, Clairmont Way and Leland Road areas. The suspect can be seen on surveillance videos trying door handles and entering vehicles that were unlocked. One woman FOX 12 spoke with said she was in her garage off Pelican Lake Place around 2 a.m. Thursday morning when she heard something in the driveway. CCC's Veterans Education and Training (VET) Center and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) are partnering with Veterans Business Services and the Small Business Administration to help veterans get the skills they need to start their own businesses.
