Libraries' teen art contest winner announced The Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC) are thrilled to announce that Happy Valley resident Leala Tran, 12, is the winner of their fourth annual Teen Summer Reading Artwork Contest. Leala’s piece exemplified the theme of Universe of Stories.
