Thank you for your continued interest in the Board of County Commissioners! Some of this week’s upcoming commissioner hearings and meetings are detailed below. Complete and updated information is available on the board’s webpage. Remember: Your County Commissioners want residents to be involved! The public is welcome to sit in on any Policy Session or the Business Meeting, and you can always make public comments at the latter. Tuesday, March 12 Recommendations for Executive Level Employee Performance Summary (10 a.m.) 2019-20 Long Range Planning Work Program (10:30 a.m.) Update and Findings of the Canby Ferry Alternatives Feasibility Study (1:30 p.m.) Near-Term Recommendations from the Housing Affordability and Homelessness Task Force (2:30 p.m.) Presentation of Changes for Clackamas County Employees’ Association (CCEA, CCEA-EAT, and CCEA-HA) and AFSCME – DTD/BCS Contracts (3:30 p.m.) Visit the Policy Session page. Thursday, March 14 Business Meeting (10 a.m.) In addition to the regulation sections of the Business Meeting, there are two public hearings related to road jurisdiction transfers to the city of Lake Oswego, and nine hearings related to forming various assessment areas for the county's street lighting district.
