Proposal: A new Home Occupation Permit application
to authorize the operation of an online motorcycle parts sales business in
no more than 2,900 square feet of an existing 3,456-square-foot accessory
structure on the subject property. This property has already been used for
a similar permitted home occupation; however, a new permit application is
necessary because the primary business operator is proposed to change to
this permit’s applicant. This new operation will have no more than two
employees, have no exterior signage, and operate entirely indoors between
the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Customers would not visit
the property; rather, orders for parts made online will be filled at the
subject property and shipped to purchasers.
